  We arrived in London to find that the performance of the play we had tickets for was cancelled. At 3.30pm we looked on line and booked tickets for Book of Mormon. At 7.30pm we were watching the performance from very good seats that were a very reasonable price. Excellent service.

  Rien à redire. Tout a été parfaitement géré. Nous sommes allés voir Stranger Things the first Shadow au Phoenix theatre de Londres. Les places sont restées protégées jusqu'à 24h avant l'événement pour permettre leur remboursement en cas de soucis. À l'heure dite, un mail nous a été envoyé avec les billets et instructions définitifs. Le placement était excellent. Très bonne relation clientèle. Aucun soucis à l'accueil du théâtre.

  Was slightly nervous booking tkts through this agency as hadnt heard of it before. But the booking process was simple, the tickets were emailed to me immediately and on the day before the performance I also got an information email directly from the theatre itself which gave me extra confidence. The seats were the ones I'd chosen and were very good.

  Getting the tickets emailed 24 hours before the show could cause problems due to the unreliability of receiving the email. Other London shows provide an immediate down loading of the tickets., a better method. Since I will be attending a play the night before next door to your theatre, could I get my tickets from the box office one day prior?

• Friendly, helpful, human experience

  We are from Australia and were wanting to buy a gift card for relatives. The lady who served us was friendly and very helpful. She explained that it’s tokens rather than a gift card and that it could be used any number of places and ways. Would highly recommend using the box office for the human experience.
