For 16 weeks only, Cameron Mackintosh's production of Boublil and Schönberg's LES MISÉRABLES will star Michael Ball (Javert), Alfie Boe (Jean Valjean), Carrie Hope Fletcher (Fantine) and Matt Lucas (Thénardier) in a spectacular and intimate staging of the legendary concert previously seen in London at the Royal Albert Hall and The O2. Katy Secombe also joins to play Madame Thénardier and for three performances a week, the role of Jean Valjean will be played by John Owen-Jones.

Stephen Mangan and Kara Tointon return to the West End to star in the world premiere of the classic Ealing comedy The Man in the White Suit, adapted and directed by Sean Foley.    

When Sidney Stratton (Stephen Mangan) invents a fabric that never gets dirty and never wears out, manufacturers and trades unions are terrified by the threat it poses to their industry and their jobs. Only Daphne (Kara Tointon) the mill owner’s daughter, shows Sidney any support as the bosses and workers chase the man in the white suit determined to destroy them both. This fast-moving comedy reunites Stephen Mangan and Sean Foley who also created the Olivier award-winning production Jeeves and Wooster.

“Taking this new Show to 80+ theatres around the country, has been a joyful birthday present to myself.  I’ve played mainly in theatres I knew well as a young theatregoer and actor. On my birthday, I was in Bolton Town Hall where my dad used to work. It began last February with 15 theatres in Greater London and will end in Orkney. 

Soon I will be back in London, for a limited season in the West End, raising much-needed funds for theatre charities.
